Asking a question

The Chat Assistant, MXL (“Mixle”) Bot, is available using the floating chat icon on aircraft pages. Click the icon to reveal the chat interface. Chat history is available from the Chats menu item.

You need Read Only access to an aircraft to ask questions about it.

Entering a prompt

Type your question in the prompt field. The send button becomes active once you have entered text. Click send or press Enter to submit.

After you submit, the prompt field is cleared and the send button is disabled while the response is generated.

Links in responses

Responses may include links to individual log entries. Clicking a link will navigate to that record. Click the chat icon to pick up where you left off, or find it later in chat history.

Switching aircraft

The aircraft picker next to the send button shows the currently selected aircraft. Click it to choose a different aircraft.

Starting a new chat

Click the New chat button to start a new conversation. The previous conversation is saved and can be accessed from chat history.

Closing the chat

Click the close button to close the chat without leaving the current page.

Printing the chat

Once there is an active conversation, clicking the Print button will open a new window with the current state of the conversation.
