Permission levels

When you invite someone to your aircraft records, you choose a permission level that determines what they can do with the aircraft’s data.

Read Only

Users with Read Only permissions can view all records, including log entries, flights, timers, and airworthiness information. They cannot add, edit, delete, or import anything.

Pilot

Pilot users can view all records. They can add flights and edit their own flights. They cannot modify or import any other records.

Read and Write

Users with Read and Write permissions can view, add, edit, and delete all records, including log entries, flights, timers, and imports. They cannot invite others to the aircraft, change aircraft settings, or delete the aircraft.

Manager

Manager users have full access, including the ability to invite others, revoke pending invitations, remove access, and update aircraft settings. Only Manager users can share the aircraft.
