Chat history

Past conversations are saved automatically and can be reviewed at any time.

Viewing history

Click the Chat history link in the chat interface, or navigate to Chats from the main navigation. Your conversations are listed in reverse chronological order, with the most recent at the top. Each entry shows the opening question and the date of the conversation.

Using the menu next to each entry you can continue, print, or delete the conversation.

Continue a conversation

Click a chat item in the history to load the conversation in the chat interface. You can also select “Continue” from chat item’s menu.

Print a conversation

Select “Print” in the chat item’s menu to open a new window with a printable view of the conversation.

Delete a conversation

Selecting “Delete” in the chat item’s menu will present a dialog to confirm the deletion. Once you confimr the deletion, the item will be removed from your history.
