Adding an aircraft from the registry

To add an aircraft using its registration, navigate to your aircraft list and choose to add an aircraft. Select the registry and enter your tail number, then search for the aircraft. If a match is found, select it to continue.

If no results are returned, verify the tail number and try again. If the aircraft is not in the registry, you can add it manually instead.

Component details

After selecting the aircraft, you will be taken to a form to review and complete the component details. All applicable information from the registry will be populated.

Review the populated information and add any details you have on hand, including serial numbers for the engine and propeller. None of the component details are required to proceed, so you can skip anything you don’t have available and update the components later.

Unsupported aircraft configurations

Some aircraft configurations are not currently supported. If your aircraft falls into this category, MX Ledger will indicate this during the search. Contact support if you need help adding an unsupported aircraft type.
