AI accuracy

AI can produce results that are incomplete, incorrect, or inconsistent. The same question posed multiple times may return different answers each time. This applies to all AI features in MX Ledger.

What can go wrong

When importing records, the AI may miss relevant entries, include irrelevant ones, or extract data incorrectly. When using the Chat Assistant, responses may miss relevant records, misinterpret the records that were found, or contain information that does not appear in your records at all.

Verifying results

AI-generated results should be treated as a starting point. Always verify them before relying on the data.

When reviewing an import, check each extracted entry against the source image before relying on the data. When reviewing a chat response, read the linked records directly to assess whether they actually support the response and apply to your question.

Maintenance and regulatory decisions

AI features in MX Ledger are not a substitute for qualified maintenance personnel or regulatory guidance. Do not rely on AI-generated results when making maintenance decisions.
