Inviting someone to your aircraft

MX Ledger lets you share your aircraft records with partners, pilots, mechanics, and anyone with an email address. Review the permission levels before sending an invitation to make sure you’re granting the right level of access.

To send an invitation, you need Manager access to that aircraft. Navigate to the aircraft’s sharing section, enter the recipient’s email address, choose a permission level, and optionally include a message. Once you submit the invitation, they will receive a link to accept the invitation.

The invitation will appear in the pending invites list until it expires, the recipient accepts it, or you revoke it.
