Choosing your email preferences

We’d like to keep you informed about MX Ledger, and we respect your time. Email preferences let you opt in to the emails you want and skip the ones you don’t. You can choose from these topics:

• Product updates: the latest updates on MX Ledger features, 4 to 6 times a year
• Promotions & events: new promotions and where to find us at community events

Choosing your preferences

The first time you sign in, you’ll be asked to choose your email preferences before you continue. Product updates starts selected. Select the topics you want, or clear them all to receive none, then save.

You can change your choices at any time from your profile, whether you sign in with an email address or with Google.

Unsubscribing

Every product update and promotion email includes an unsubscribe link. Use it to change your topics or stop these emails, no sign-in required. Your profile will reflect your selections.

Emails you’ll still receive

Email preferences only apply to product updates and promotions. MX Ledger still sends the emails your account needs, such as confirmation and password reset emails, and invitations to share aircraft.

If emails aren’t being delivered

If an email to your address bounces or is reported as spam, MX Ledger stops sending to that address. Your profile shows a notice explaining why, and you can turn delivery back on from there.
